Terms of Service:
1. "Apt.mn Guest house" service only accepts reservations through the website, so please be careful not to be scammed by booking via chat, phone, or other means.
2. The customer must be 18 years of age and must have filled in their name and mobile phone number correctly. We will keep your personal information confidential.
3. Cancellations can be made up to 6 hours before the start time (during business hours) (10% fee). Also, if the reservation is made and the time has expired and the guest has not arrived at the venue, no refunds will be given.
4. If the property is damaged, the price will be paid three times.
5. If the linen or bed is soiled with dirt, a cleaning fee of 250,000 tugriks will be charged.
6. Loud noises are prohibited after 9 pm.
7. It is prohibited to disturb the comfort of neighboring households by slamming the outside door loudly and making noise in the corridor.
8. Excessive consumption of water and electricity is prohibited. Including Electricity: Use more than 3KW for 30 minutes, Water for 1 hour.
9. It is prohibited to share the door code with others.
10. Please note that if the door code is entered incorrectly 5 times, the door will automatically lock for 30 minutes.
11. It is prohibited to enter the building in excess of the permitted number of people.
12. It is prohibited to make loud noises, drink alcohol, use drugs, smoke all types of tobacco, and gamble in the building.
13. It is prohibited to take pornographic (obscene) photos or videos in the building.
14. It is prohibited to use drugs, engage in prostitution, and engage in any illegal activities in the building.
15. If you make a reservation between 00:00 and 06:00 at night, please note that the reservation ends at 12:00 in the morning.
16. Please close all doors completely when you enter and exit. If the door is left open and items are lost, the service provider will be fully responsible.
17. We warn you not to let strangers open the door. You are responsible for your own safety.
18. If you have caused problems with our service in the past and have not paid the fine, you are not entitled to receive our service again.
After paying for the reservation, you will receive a door code via text message to your mobile phone number, and you can enter the building directly with the code using the smart lock.
